Audit
We map every tool, workflow, and handoff in your business. You get a blueprint of what's working, what's leaking, and what's costing you customers.
Flume — Est. 2026
Flume audits your tech stack, installs the automations you keep meaning to build, and runs the operational layer so every lead, job, and customer gets the follow-through it deserves.
What we do
We map every tool, workflow, and handoff in your business. You get a blueprint of what's working, what's leaking, and what's costing you customers.
We install the automations — CRM flows, scheduling, follow-up sequences, reporting — that connect your stack and capture the work you're already losing.
We operate the system alongside you. New tool, new integration, new priority — it's handled without you having to think about it.
How it works
We listen
No slides. No pitch deck. Bring the five workflows that are breaking — we map them live on a shared doc so you leave the call with a plan, not a proposal.
We map it
What we'd automate. What we'd leave alone. What it costs. What it returns. One page. No 40-slide engagement model. Read it in ten minutes and decide.
We build it
You keep running your business. We handle the stack, the integrations, the follow-up flows.
The story
Flume is named for the Flume Trail that runs along Lake Tahoe's east shore.
The old water flumes that Nevada's miners and builders carved through the Sierra moved what mattered through rugged terrain. That's the job — controlled flow through the parts of a business that are too important to leave to chance.
We built Flume because the businesses that build everything else — the contractors, the manufacturers, the people who show up — deserve the same operational leverage that tech companies have had for twenty years.
